BFS's Burlington Office Has Moved
After seven years at 112 Lake Street, our Burlington workers’ compensation and personal injury law office has moved next door to 86 Lake Street, Suite 230.
Our new space is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by stairs or the building’s elevator. The office has plenty of meeting space for client consultations and workspace for our injury attorneys. We are looking forward to serving our clients there, and we are excited to show them around when they visit. Our new office also offers stunning views across Lake Champlain that we hope our clients will enjoy as much as we do.
Meetings and Mail at the Burlington Office
Please note that our Burlington office is not staffed full-time, so we ask that you call or text us at 802-229-5146 to set up an appointment before visiting. All mail should still be directed to our Montpelier office at 535 Stone Cutters Way, Suite 204, Montpelier, VT 05602.
If you are in the Burlington area and you need to get us paperwork urgently, and you do not have an appointment to meet us that day, you can stop by 86 Lake Street and drop it off at Otter Creek Associates on the first floor. Ask for Mark between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Mark can take the documents from you and deliver them to us.
We also consult with clients by phone or virtually if you prefer not to meet in person. At both our Burlington office and our Montpelier office, we offer all our clients:

The front entry to the building is behind the building. It faces the city, not the lake. When you arrive at 86 Lake Street, the building will be on your right when you pull into the parking lot. Drive around the back of the building and park. This is where the front door to the building is located. Please call or text your attorney if you have any questions on arrival.
